2. Order Materials with just Two Clicks
Simply click the "Auto-P.O." button on the "Accounting" Screen.
Roof Organizer automatically generates a purchase order with the roofing material the customer chose, and the quantity specified by the estimate:
One more click and you're done! This purchase order can be viewed and modified before being sent to the supplier. It can be faxed directly from the computer, or it can be sent via the Internet if the supplier has an online ordering system in place.
